Dealing with disasters is possible because of government continuity: PM

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said that because of the continuity of government and democracy, the development of the country is progressing, it is becoming possible to deal with disasters and it is becoming possible to stand by the people.

At around 12:30 on Thursday, she visited the cyclone affected areas and said these things in a public meeting in Patuakhali.

Urging everyone to have faith in the government, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina also said that arrangements will be made so that everyone can start life with new enthusiasm after overcoming the disaster.

He said that the government will make disaster-resilient houses, Awami League will always be there, whatever is necessary will be provided.

Criticizing the opposition party, she said that they talk about the people but do not cooperate.
