43rd BCS: Ministry to Hold Meeting Regarding Decisions on 227 Candidates

A meeting to review the appeals of candidates excluded from the final appointment notification of the 43rd BCS will take place on Thursday, January 9, at the Ministry of Public Administration.

The announcement was made on Sunday, January 5, by the Ministry’s new recruitment division.

According to reports, of the 2,163 candidates recommended by the Bangladesh Public Service Commission in the 43rd BCS exam, appointment notifications were issued to 1,896 candidates.

However, 227 candidates did not receive appointment notifications due to negative remarks in intelligence reports. These candidates have now filed appeals for reconsideration.

The meeting is scheduled for 11:30 am on January 9, to be held in the office of the Senior Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration. It will be chaired by the Senior Secretary and attended by officials from the Ministry, along with representatives from DGFI and NSI.
