Bikalpa Dhara won’t sit with BNP if they don’t leave anti liberation forces

President of Bikalpa Dhara Bangladesh and former president of the country Dr. AQM Badruddoza Chowdhury said, Bikalpa Dhara will not sit for any meeting with BNP if they do not leave companion of anti liberation forces.

He said this at a press conference held at his own residence at Baridhara in the capital on Saturday night.

About not joining the newly formed political alliance Jatiya Oikya Front B. Chowdhury said, Bikalpa Dhara gave condition to BNP, it will join the Jatiya Oikya if BNP leaves companion of Jamaat. But BNP did not maintain that condition. For that reason Bikalpa Dhara did not join Jatiya Oikya Front.

Bikalpa Dhara secretary general Major Mannan (retd) and joint secretary general Mahi B. Chowdhury and other party leaders were present at the press conference.

Earlier at a press conference at the National Press Club announcement was given to form new political alliance Jatiya Oikya Front under leadership of Dr. Kamal Hossain. Nagorik Oikya convener Mahmudur Rahman Manna announced 7 point demand and 11 point vision for the alliance.

Dr. Kamal Hossain, BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, standing committee members Moudud Ahmed, Khondoker Mosharraf Hosain, JSD president ASM Abdur Rab and others were present in the press conference.
