Telenor Group CEO Meets PM Tarique Rahman to Discuss Digital Infrastructure

Benedicte Schilbred Fasmer, the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Norwegian telecom giant Telenor Group, called on Prime Minister Tarique Rahman on Monday morning. 

The high-level meeting took place at the Prime Minister’s Cabinet Division office within the Bangladesh Secretariat.

According to the Prime Minister’s Additional Press Secretary, Atikur Rahman Ruman, the discussions centered on Telenor’s strategic interests in expanding Bangladesh’s telecommunications sector and strengthening its digital infrastructure.
