FM and Outgoing Indian High Commissioner Review Bilateral Ties in Farewell Meet

Foreign Minister Dr. Khalilur Rahman and outgoing Indian High Commissioner Pranay Verma met on Monday to review the current state of bilateral relations and discuss the future trajectory of the Bangladesh-India partnership. 

The farewell meeting took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dhaka.

During the discussion, both sides expressed satisfaction with recent developments and shared their confidence that the bilateral bond will continue to strengthen. 

They noted that the partnership is increasingly driven by the evolving aspirations and new capabilities of both nations.

He thanked the Foreign Ministry for its consistent support during his tenure. 

In response, Foreign Minister Khalilur Rahman commended Verma for his significant contributions to deepening the ties between the two neighbors and offered his best wishes for the envoy's future assignments.
