Fire Breaks Out in Building Next to Sheorapara Metro Station

A fire broke out in a building adjacent to the Sheorapara metro station in the capital, Dhaka.

The fire started on Tuesday afternoon, July 22. The Fire Service control room has confirmed the incident.

According to Fire Service sources, the affected building houses both residential apartments and a market. The blaze ignited suddenly at 4:10 PM and is feared to be spreading rapidly.

The cause of the fire is currently unknown. More detailed information will be available after fire service personnel bring the blaze under control.
