12-Hour Gas Outage in Certain Areas

Titas Gas has announced a 12-hour suspension of gas supply across Kishoreganj district and Monohardi upazila in Narsingdi district due to scheduled modification work.

In a statement issued on Tuesday (February 4), the company informed that the outage will occur from Wednesday (February 5) at 6:00 pm to Thursday (February 6) at 6:00 am. The disruption is necessary for GTCL's modification work at the Monohardi Gas Metering Station, which will impact the 4"×1000 PSIG gas pipeline that supplies Monohardi DRS and Kishoreganj DRS.

During this period, residents in Narsingdi district, Rupganj upazila of Narayanganj, the eastern parts of Dhaka metropolitan area, Kaliganj, Joydebpur, Konabari, Chandra, and surrounding areas in Gazipur may experience low gas pressure.

Titas Gas has apologized for the inconvenience and appreciates customers' patience during this temporary disruption.
