Tarique Rahman, the Acting Chairman of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), has expressed profound sorrow at the passing of Pope Francis, describing him as a "revered spiritual leader" whose life was marked by compassion, humility, and a steadfast commitment to global peace and unity.
