Monday, 10 February 2025 , 03:51 PM

Home Affairs and Agriculture Advisor, Lieutenant General (Retd.) Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, stated that the operation will continue until all "devils" are removed, with no distinction made between small and large ones. Those who are evil will be caught, regardless of their scale.

He shared these remarks after attending a meeting organized by the Rajshahi district administration regarding the overall law and order situation on Monday, February 10, at 1:30 pm.

During the meeting, the Home Affairs Advisor also highlighted that the country's journalists, by publishing the truth, successfully countered false information coming from India. With the support of the people, they have managed to thwart the malicious activities at the Chapainawabganj border. To curb smuggling at the border, the public must remain vigilant.

Furthermore, the Home Affairs Advisor assured that there is no fertilizer shortage in the country, though some dealers are overcharging farmers. He also confirmed that, with sufficient supply, the prices of goods will remain stable during Ramadan.
