Oscar-winning Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman was recently hospitalized after falling ill on the set of her new Apple TV+ series, Margo’s Got Money Troubles.
According to reports from Page Six, the actress began feeling unwell during filming on April 22. Despite her condition, Kidman’s professional dedication led her to complete the full day’s shoot before seeking medical attention.
As her condition worsened, she was quickly transported to a hospital. Her co-star, Nick Offerman, told People magazine that the actress had contracted the flu on the very first day of production. With hundreds of extras on a massive set, Kidman reportedly chose to push through the illness to avoid the significant financial losses a production halt would cause.
At the hospital, the 58-year-old actress received intravenous (IV) fluid therapy. She is now reported to be in stable condition and recovering well.
In the highly anticipated series, Kidman stars as 'Lais' alongside Nick Offerman, who plays the character 'Jinx.' The project has already generated significant buzz among audiences ahead of its release.
