Xi noted that cooperation between China and Russia has expanded steadily across many sectors and produced significant results through sustained joint efforts.

Furthermore, the Chinese leader stated that the event would contribute directly to the long-term development of the China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership in the new era.
Echoing similar sentiments, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated in his message that the expo has officially become the largest exhibition event between the two nations.
