Chief Justice Obaidul Hassan finally taken a policy decision to resign in the face of the demands of the anti-discrimination student movement.&nbsp;

He took this decision after talking to Interim Government Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Advisor Dr. Asif Nazrul on Saturday (August 10).

He will take formal action by talking to the President this evening.

Obaidul Hassan told this to media on Saturday (August 10) noon.
