Bangladesh Air Force Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan, has left Dhaka today for an official visit to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). He departed from Dhaka today to strengthen bilateral ties and enhance professional cooperation.
According to a press release issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Air Force Chief will visit Saudi Arabia from February 9 to 13 at the invitation of the Commander of the Royal Saudi Air Force. During his stay, he will tour key installations of the Royal Saudi Air Force and engage in discussions with its commander on matters of mutual interest.
Following this, Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan will travel to the United Arab Emirates from February 14 to 15 at the invitation of the UAE Embassy. His visit will include participation in the Air Staff Talk and Exchange Training & Exercise program, along with inspections of various UAE Air Force installations. He will also meet with the Commander of the UAE Air Force to discuss bilateral cooperation and defense collaboration.
The ISPR emphasized that this visit will further strengthen the friendly relations between Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, expanding avenues for professional and defense cooperation.
The Air Force Chief is expected to return to Bangladesh on February 16, 2025.
