Four people have died in a head-on collision between a truck and a pickup in the Madhabpur upazila of Habiganj.

The accident occurred around 2:00 AM on Thursday night (April 17th) in the Bakhrankhar area of the upazila. Four people died at the scene, including two women.
Abdullah Al Mamun, the Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Madhabpur Police Station, said that four people were killed in the head-on collision between the truck and the pickup. There were 17 passengers in the pickup, along with household goods.

The OC further stated that the injured have been rescued and taken to the Sadar Hospital. Among them, the condition of five is critical. Both the truck and the pickup are currently in the custody of the highway police.
