Chinese Ambassador to Bangladesh Zhang Zuo has visited the office of popular private television channel Rtv.
He was available in Rtv office at BSEC Bhaban at Karwan Bazar in the capital on Sunday. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Rtv Syed Ashik Rahman welcomed him when he arrived.
Rtv Program Department Chief Dewan Shamsur Rakib, AGM Sales and Marketing Mozammel Hossain, China Radio International’s (CRI) Bengali department Director Mrs. Anandi, CRI’s Dhaka branch Chief Yu Kwang Yue were present during the occasion.
After visiting Rtv office the Ambassador, CRI Dhaka branch Chief and Rtv CEO took part in a discussion.
Ambassador Zhang Zuo said, Bangladesh and China can ensure attitude based on equality, mutual cooperation and can tell the story of friendship after strengthening ties through media exchange.
He also hoped that Chinese embassy will support for expansion of the channel and continue its cooperation of development.
