Millions of Muslims across Saudi Arabia gathered on Friday morning to perform the Eid-ul-Fitr prayer, marking a spiritual conclusion to the holy month of Ramadan.
The Kingdom witnessed massive congregations at its most sacred sites, the Grand Mosque in Makkah and the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah, where senior scholars and government officials joined the faithful in prayer.
Following thirty days of fasting, reflection, and devotion, worshippers began filling designated mosques, outdoor prayer grounds, and central squares in cities, governorates, and remote villages from the early hours of dawn.
The prayers, which commenced shortly after sunrise, were characterized by the resonant chanting of "Eid takbeers," filling the air with praises to Allah.
The religious observances have transitioned into nationwide festivities, with families and communities coming together to celebrate the joyous occasion.
The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques ensured that all facilities were prepared to accommodate the vast influx of pilgrims and residents, maintaining a seamless flow for the worshippers.
Similar organized gatherings were reported in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, reflecting the unified spirit of the holiday across the Kingdom.
