High Court Ruling on Re-Investigation of Pilkhana Murder Case

The High Court has issued a ruling seeking to know why there is no re-investigation into the killing of army officers during the mutiny at the then headquarters of Bangladesh Rifles (BDR) in Dhaka on February 25 and 26, 2009. At the same time, the court ordered to disposal of the application made to the Ministry of Home Affairs seeking a re-investigation of the Pilkhana murder case.
