Shilpakala to Organise 'Chand Raat Eid Ananda Utsab' on Friday

Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy has taken up a colorful programme on the occasion of holy Eid-ul-Fitr. 

To make the joy of Eid more enjoyable for the city dwellers, a special event titled 'Chand Raat Eid Ananda Utsab' will be held at the academy's Nandan Mancha on Friday at 6:30 pm. 

Ministry of Cultural Affairs Secretary Mofidur Rahman will address the event as the chief guest while Director General of the academy Sheikh Rezauddin Ahmed will preside over it.

Five Films Including Shakib’s ‘Prince’ Set for Simultaneous Release

The event, organized by the Academy's Music, Dance and Recitation Department, will feature renowned artists from the country. 

Singers Baby Nazneen, Nancy, Piyal Hasan, Nolak Babu, Animesh Roy, Ananya Acharya and Sameer Kawal will participate. 

An attractive Mehndi Corner will also be open for visitors. Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy cordially invites everyone to participate in this joyful event.
