Seven more people died in the last 24 hours across the country due to coronavirus contraction. With this the death toll has stood at 8,496 in Bangladesh. Besides, the number of contraction has stood at 5,53,105 as 1,018 new cases were confirmed in the last 24 hours. On Tuesday the number of death was 13 and the number of new infection was 912. In the last two months the rate of infection was in downward trend but it has taken the upward trend again.

On Wednesday at the regular press release the health directorate delivered the information. It said, in the last 24 hours the recovery count rose to 5,06,613 as 1,266 people were recovered from the deadly disease.
