In the 21st session of the 11th National Parliament and the first session of the year, Abdul Hamid gave his last speech as President of the state.
On Thursday, January 05 at 4 pm the session started under the chairmanship of Speaker Shirin Sharmin Chowdhury.
Prime Minister and Parliament Leader Sheikh Hasina also present in the session.
According to the constitution, the President addresses the first session of the year.
Later there will be a general discussion on President speech. Finally, a vote of thanks will be accepted from the National Assembly.
