A fire has erupted in a building in Islambagh, Dhaka. A total of 8 fire service units are currently working to bring the fire under control.
The Fire Service was alerted to the blaze at 3:17 pm on Saturday, February 15. The first fire unit arrived at the scene at 3:25 pm.
Anwarul Islam Dolon, an official from the Fire Service's media cell, confirmed the incident.
According to reports, 8 units from various stations are at the site, including 2 units from Lalbagh Fire Station, 2 from Hazaribagh, 2 from Palashi, and 2 from Siddikbazar.
The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage are still unknown.
