At least seven workers were killed in a head-on collision between a truck and a pickup van in Sylhet. The accident occurred on Sunday (May 3) morning in the Telibazar area of South Surma.
Sylhet Metropolitan Police Commissioner Abdul Kuddus Chowdhury confirmed the incident to Somoy News, stating that fire service personnel and police officers rushed to the scene immediately upon receiving the news.
Rescue operations are currently underway. The Commissioner confirmed that seven individuals were reported dead at the scene following the crash.
