The court has granted 10-day remand each for Regent hospital limited chairman Shahed Karim alias Md. Shahed and managing director of the organization Masud Parvez over forgery in connection with corona tests.
Besides the court also granted seven day remand for Shahed’s main associate Tariqul.
The remand hearing took place at the court of Dhaka metropolitan magistrate Md. Jasim on Thursday.
As the Investigation Officer demanded 10-day remand then after the hearing the court granted 10-day remand for both Shahed and Masud and also granted seven day remand for Tariqul.
A team of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested Regent group and hospital owner Shahed from Satkhira on Wednesday early morning. He tried to cross the Bangladesh border and to enter in India by wearing burqa.
