Actress Mahia Mahi has announced her separation with her husband Rakib Sarkar after two and a half years of their conjugal life.
Mahia Mahi announced the news about her divorce on Facebook on friday night (Feb 16) with a post.
“It is my biggest failure that I couldn’t live with one of the best men in the world. My biggest regret is that I will no longer be able to stay close with the world’s greatest in-laws." Mahiya Mahi said.
However, The distance between Mahi and Rakib increased after the 12th national election. She also tried to enter Parliament with reserved seats for women as well.

Initially, she showed symptoms of fever and tremors, and it was later discovered that she had developed a blood infection. Following the doctor's advice, she was promptly hospitalized.
Anjana Rahman was a beloved figure in Bangladeshi cinema and gained international recognition for her roles in joint productions and foreign films.
Born on June 27, 1965, Anjana made her acting debut with the film "Dasyu Bonhur", which marked the beginning of her remarkable career. Over the years, she appeared in more than 300 films, earning National Film Awards twice for her outstanding performances in 'Parineeta' and 'Gangchill'.
She was particularly famous for her collaborations with the legendary actor Nayak Raj Razzak, having worked together on 30 films. Notably, Tahsan was previously married to Mithila on August 7, 2006. They welcomed a daughter, Ayra Tahreem Khan on July 30, 2013. However, the couple ended their marriage in 2017.
