Actress Mahia Mahi has announced her separation with her husband Rakib Sarkar after two and a half years of their conjugal life.

Mahia Mahi announced the news about her divorce on Facebook on friday night (Feb 16) with a post.
“It is my biggest failure that I couldn’t live with one of the best men in the world. My biggest regret is that I will no longer be able to stay close with the world’s greatest in-laws." Mahiya Mahi said.

However, The distance between Mahi and Rakib increased after the 12th national election. She also tried to enter Parliament with reserved seats for women as well.
