Ranveer Singh's highly anticipated film, 'Dhurandhar,' has significantly exceeded box office projections, entering the prestigious INR 100 crore club on just its third day of release.
The film's strong momentum culminated in a massive INR 43 crore collection on Sunday, according to trade tracker Sacnilk, bringing its total domestic net earnings to INR 103 crore.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh, who had earlier expressed doubts due to underwhelming pre-bookings, noted the film’s surge in a social media post: “#Dhurandhar goes on a rampage on Saturday — the film is now in unstoppable mode.
The success of 'Dhurandhar' has been fueled by growing audience participation beyond major metropolitan areas. While national cinema chains reported strong figures on Friday, the film saw substantial growth over the weekend as the "heartland" audience also joined in.
This surge helped Dhurandhar secure its highest single-day collection in recent times on Sunday, confirming projections for a INR 95 crore (+/-) opening weekend total.
About Dhurandhar: Ranveer Singh plays a character who takes on four of Pakistan’s deadliest terrorists. While social media buzz speculated on the identities of the characters, the makers have not confirmed them. The Censor Board has clarified that Singh’s role, reportedly inspired by Major Mohit Sharma, is fictional.
The film marks the return of Uri: The Surgical Strike director Aditya Dhar, who has continued to bring a robust nationalist tone to his storytelling.
