Bangladesh, Turkey to work jointly against disinformation: Arafat

State Minister for Information and Broadcasting Mohammad Ali Arafat said Bangladesh and Turkey will work together to prevent global disinformation and misinformation.

The  minister said this in a press release after a bilateral meeting with President of the Directorate of Communications of Turkey Professor Fahrettin Altun on Saturday afternoon (Feb 24) before the special session of the Islamic Conference of Information Ministers of OIC.

Ali Arafat said, "The spread of misinformation and disinformation is being noticed all over the world."

Professor Fahrettin Altun assured that Bangladesh and Turkey will work jointly against the spread of global misinformation and disinformation.
