Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi extended his warm greetings to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on the occasion of holy festival of Eid-ul-Adha.
In a message on Sunday (June 16), the Indian High Commission in Dhaka sent a letter to the Prime Minister and conveyed the information of Modi's best wishes.
According to the High Commission, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi sent a letter to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, conveying his warmest greetings. In his letter, Modi mentioned that, 'This festival reminds us of the values of sacrifice, compassion and brotherhood. That very essential to build a peaceful and inclusive world.' He also described Eid-ul-Adha as an integral part of multi-cultural heritage.
Besides, in this letter, Prime Minister of India wished good health and well-being to Sheikh Hasina.
