Offices to operate in full swing from Sunday

The quota reform movement created a standstill situation due to violence surrounding it. Curfew was announced as a general holiday. In the meantime, as the situation has started to normalize, curfew is being relaxed in public and private offices.

However, from Sunday (July 28) all offices can start in full swing and curfew can only be at night.

The Ministry of Public Administration sources revealed this information on Thursday (July 25).

In this regard, Public Administration Minister Farhad Hossain said, 'I do not have any information about how the office will run from Sunday.' This decision will be known later.

Meanwhile, Ministry of Home Affairs officials said that there is no possibility to lifted the curfew in next two days. However, as a precautionary measure and to keep public life normal, a limited curfew in force at night.

Last Wednesday, Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan told reporters, when Army to return their home, then the situation of the country to be normalized.

Incidentally, the situation of the country became unstable from July 16 and continue till 21, centered on the quota reform movement. In the meantime, there were reports of more than 150 dead including the police.

At the same time miscreants destroyed various government buildings including BTV, Metrorail, Setu Bhaban, Disaster Management Directorate and so on.
