Ministry of Liberation War Affairs under adviser Farooq-e-Azam

Adviser Farooq-e-Azam (Bir Protik) took oath to President Md Sahabuddin at Bangabhaban in the morning. In the afternoon, he is assigned a Ministry.

On Tuesday (August 13), the Cabinet Department issued a notification in this regard.

Farooq-e-Azam has been given a Ministry out of 25 ministries under the Chief Adviser. In this, the number of Ministries and departments under the Chief Adviser came down to 24.

According to the notification from the Cabinet Department, Adviser Farooq-e-Azam will perform the duties of the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs.

Before this, on August 8, the Chief Advisor Dr Yunus took oath. Then on Sunday (August 11), two more advisers were sworn in.

Among the 17 advisers of the interim government, adviser Farooq-e-Azam could not take oath as he was in the United States. He reached the country on Sunday night.
