Murder case filed against Hasina-Inu-Menon in ICT

A case has been filed in the International Crimes Tribunal against 28 people including former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (Jasad) President Hasanul Haq Inu and Bangladesh Workers Party President Rashed Khan Menon in the murder of student Alvi in ​​Mirpur of the capital. At the same time, as a party, Awami League and its subsidiary organizations have been accused as well.

The complaint was made at International Crime Tribunal's investigation agency in Dhanmondi on Monday (August 19).

Advocate Asad Uddin made this complaint on behalf of Alvi's family. It has been said that during the period from July 15 to August 5, Bangladeshi was killed and injured and later killed in the case of crimes against humanity and genocide according to Sections 3(2) and 4(1) (2) of the International Crimes Tribunal Act, 1973.

In connection with the murder of student Alvi in ​​Mirpur, another 500 unnamed people have been sued at the International Crimes Tribunal. Awami League and its subsidiary organizations have been accused as well.
