The fifth police member died from COVID-19 in the country. The deceased is identified as Sultanul Arefin (44). The Sub-Inspector ranked police member was posted in Public Order Management (POM) at Mirpur in the capital.

He breathed his last at the ICU of Rajarbag Central Police Lines Hospital at 6:53 am on Sunday. Assistant Inspector General (Media and Public Relations) of the police headquarters Md. Sohel Rana confirmed the information to Rtv online.
He said, the police member was admitted at the hospital on April 30 after being infected with coronavirus. Along with he was also suffering from breathing problem.
