The mobile court of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has conducted raid at two institutions of Dr. Zafrullah Chowdhury, the founder and trustee of Ganashasthaya Kendra. During the operation the mobile court fined the factory of Ganashasthaya Pharmaceuticals Limited 15 lakh taka for producing medicines in unhygienic environment and for using low quality raw materials. It also sealed the antibiotic unit of the factory.

The drive was conducted by three magistrates at Baish Mile area on Tuesday evening.
The drive was conducted jointly by RAB headquarters, RAB-4, Savar upazila administration, health directorate, medicine administration directorate and police administration. RAB headquarters executive magistrate Md. Sarwar Alam led the operation.
