Pornstar Stormy Daniels has filed a case against US President Donald Trump. She claimed there was no agreement on keeping sex with him secret. So it's void (News CNN ).
The case was filed in the state court of California, told her lawyer in a tweet message on Tuesday.
Stormy Daniels whose real name is Stefanie Clifford, claimed that there was a relationship with him a few years before being president. But the documents in the case say that when Trump was fighting for Presidentship, Trump's lawyer Cohen intervened some women wanting to express their relationship.
It has been further said in the case that Cohen has tried to keep her quiet. Last attempt was also done on February 27 this year.
In the document, it has been said, clearly, to protect President Trump there has beed much try to show intimidation to keep Clifford silent and keep her mouth shut. Even on February 27, Trump's lawyer Cohen began a false arbitration process against Clifford in Los Angeles. Lawyer Cohen did it without any notice to Clifford and without maintaining process.

Earlier in January, the Wall Street Journal said, Cohen had opened a private company before the 2016 presidential election to give money to Clifford.
