Britain's unidentified extremist group has urged to observe 'Muslim Torture' Day on 3 April. In order to urge people to torture Muslims, the group sent a letter to various house in London, West Midland, Yorkshire. The anti-terrorism unit of the police started the investigation in this incident, reports Daily Mail
In this letter, a call has been made to win 10 to 2.5 thousand points for different types of tortures on Muslims. Among them, the promise of giving the highest point is for blowing up the Mecca Sharif with a nuclear bomb.
It has been said in the letter that 10 points for verbal abuse, 25 points for opening Muslim women’s hijab or scarf, 50 points for throwing acid, 100 points for beating, 250 points for torturing with electronic or other machines, 500 points for killing with guns, knives, cars or anything else, 1000 points for throwing bomb or burning mosque and 2500 points for destroying Mecca Sharif with nuclear bomb will be given.
After receiving the letter, the London Police Counter Terrorism Department started investigating the matter. Metropolitan Police, Yorkshire Police and West Midland Police started investigation as well.
Councilor of Bradford Moor area in Yorkshire Riaz Ahmed said he also got a letter. Later, he handed it over to the police.
Meanwhile, the Counter Terrorism Unit of the police said that these letters were circulated throughout the UK. The police started investigating this. The whole thing is now under investigation.
