Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said, BNP has hired branded criminals and brought them in Dhaka to make the fair election atmosphere questionable. The meaning of BNP’s election are vote theft, forged vote and seizing the vote centers.
He said these after holding party secretarial meeting at Awami League president’s political office at Dhanmondi in the capital on Thursday.
Obaidul Quader said, BNP is trying to make the fair Dhaka city election atmosphere questionable. After not getting public support they are trying to create anarchy. We came to know that BNP will deploy five hundred terrorists in each center
He said, we have nominated two candidates with clean image. We hope that our candidates will be the victorious.
The minister said, BNP is doing propaganda fearing defeat in the election. They are hatching conspiracy to foil the election. BNP does not want fair election.
He also said, we hope that Election Commission will take necessary steps to create opportunity for the people to exercise their voting rights. The law enforcement agencies will discharge their duties properly.
