He was released from Dhaka Central Jail, Keraniganj today, April 04 at 6:22 PM.
Senior jail super of the prison Subhash Kumar Ghosh confirmed the matter.

He said, "After receiving the bail order, he has been released after completing all the procedures."
Shamsuzzaman Shams got bail this afternoon in the case filed at Ramna Police Station of the capital under the Digital Security Act.
Dhaka Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Asaduzzaman Noor granted the bail order.

According to court sources, Shams will remain on bail till the police submits the case report.
