The Meteorological Department has predicted a storm with a speed of 60 km over 15 districts of the country.
This prediction was revealed in a forecast for the inland river ports of the country till 1 pm on Tuesday (May &).
It said that rain at a speed of 45 to 60 km per hour over Tangail, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Faridpur, Madaripur, Jessore, Kushtia, Khulna, Barishal, Patuakhali, Noakhali, Comilla, Chattogram, Coxs'Bazar, and Sylhet regions. Or there may be temporary gusty winds with thunderstorms
The river port in these area have been asked to display naval warning signal number 1.
Meanwhile, According the weather forecast, the extension of the downward pressure is extending from West Bengal through south-west Bangladesh to north-west Bay of Bengal till 6 pm on Tuesday.
In this situation, many places of Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram, and Sylhet divisions and some parts of Rangpur and Rajshahi divisions will experience rain or thunderstroms with gusty winds temporarily.
