BRAC-NSU students blocked the roads
Students of BRAC University protesting by blocking the road in Badda to demand one-point reform of quota.
They started blocking the road in front of BRAC University from 10:30 am on Tuesday (July 16). As a result of the blockade, heavy traffic has been noticed on the roads.
Meanwhile, North South University students protesting by blocking the road in front of the campus in Bashundhara residential area of the capital. Police are present in Merul Badda and Bashundhara.
According to the police, sufficient police have been deployed in Merul Badda area in view of the students' movement. The police are trying to bring the situation under control by normalizing the road.
Meanwhile, the anti-discrimination student movement will hold a demonstration at 3 pm on Tuesday (July 16) in all universities of the country to protest the attack on students and withdraw the Prime Minister's speech.
On the other hand, the organization has called for a protest rally in front of the Raju sculpture on Tuesday (July 16) at 1.30 pm to protest the attack on the activists. Besides, this organization has also announced to hold protest rally at the same time in every campus of the country.
