PM visits injured in recent mayhem at NITOR

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has visited the National Institute Of Traumatology and Orthopedics Rehabilitation (NITOR) to enquire about the victims of clashes during the quota reform movement.

He visited on Saturday (July 27) morning.

During this time, the Prime Minister talked to some seriously injured people and inquired about their treatment. She assured all kinds of assistance to ensure proper treatment of the injured. At the same time, she asked the hospital authorities to take all kinds of steps to ensure proper treatment of the injured.

NITOR Director Prof. Dr. Kazi Shamim Uzzaman apprised the prime minister of their treatment.

The prime minister became emotional observing the condition of the injured and tried her best to choke back tears.
