Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina asked the countrymen, I want justice from you, what crime have I committed? I always Working to change the fate of people. I want everyone's cooperation so that no one can carry out such destruction in this country.

She revealed these while visiting the National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedic Rehabilitation-NITOR (Cripple Hospital) on Saturday (July 27) morning to see the injured.

Prime Minister said, is it my crime that I have worked to improve people's living standards? And those places should be attacked.

She said Bangladesh of 2008 and Bangladesh of 2024 are not the same today. The standard of lifestyle of the people of the country has improved. How high is our economy today? It seems that it is nothing else, this conspiracy is to make the country a nation of beggars by completely paralyzing the economy. That is the saddest thing.

Sheikh Hasina said, I worked tirelessly day and night and brought the country to a place. Today we see the burning of institutions that serve people.

Asking for the people's cooperation, the Prime Minister said people could reach their workplace in a short time by metro rail. Those stations were burnt and now there are traffic jams, suffering of people. I have eased the suffering. But the people of this country will have to judge those who burned institutions like this and left people in trouble. I want everyone's cooperation.

By questioning who is responsible for the loss of life and property in the recent conflict, Sheikh Hasina said, I have canceled the quota. I urged and said to be patient. The hearing will be decided by the High Court, the judgment given by the High Court. Even after this movement occurred, today so many people's lives have been damaged, and so many families have been destroyed. Whose responsibility is it?

Being emotional, Sheikh Hasina said, wishing for the forgiveness of the souls of those who died in the conflict, I don't want any mother's arms to be empty like this. Because I have lost all my family members, I know the pain of loss.

Prime Minister also said, 'I came back for the sake of the people of this country along with the pain of losing my relatives. I have no demand here. I didn't do anything for my children. But I did it for the people of the country.

The provision of food and clothing for people, medical treatment, their work arrangements. I was doing everything. This riot only happened when we got the title of a developing country.

Stating that the injured are receiving proper treatment, the Prime Minister said, 'We will provide artificial legs to those who have lost their legs and hands.' So that they can walk like normal before, can do their own work.

Regarding the program of the anti-discrimination student movement on various demands, Sheikh Hasina said, 'Complete shutdown' of the quota agitators, and its result is this situation today. The shutdown does not end after all requests are accepted. I have accepted the full demand.

She said, 'If you accept one, then another, if you accept another, then another.' How many people lost their lives today? How many people are getting crippled? In 2001, the BNP-Jamaat alliance also carried out such rampages like this.

Earlier, the Prime Minister spoke to some people who were seriously injured in the recent conflict centered on the quota reform movement and inquired about their treatment. Prime Minister was getting emotional while talking to the injured. She assured all assistance to ensure proper treatment for the injured.

NITOR Director Prof. Dr. Kazi Shamim Uzzaman informed the Prime Minister about the treatment of the injured. At this time, the Prime Minister asked the hospital authorities to take all necessary steps to ensure proper treatment of the injured.
