Complaints of extortion or illegal benefits are being received by breaking the names of advisers. Adviser on Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Asif Nazrul said that if someone faces this, they should be reported to the police.

He said this on Saturday (September 28) at 11 am on live from his Facebook page.

Asif Nazrul said, that before and after I came to the government, many people requested to take pictures with me. Now I hear that some people are collecting illegal benefits by showing these pictures. They are also trying to collect money by saying different things. I strongly object to this.

Talking about giving those who are doing or trying to do such activities to the police, this adviser said, under any circumstances, if anyone speaks of me and tries to collect donations or illegal benefits, hand him over to the police. Also, file a case. And send a copy of the case to my Facebook page. I will certainly try to take action against these activities.

Asif Nazrul said that no advisor of the government will condone illegal activities, I am giving a stern warning to those who are doing or trying to do these things. Do not do any injustice to the people of Bangladesh. Don't use any of our names. Refrain from extortion and illegal benefits or threats in our name.

The Law adviser also warned that appropriate legal action will be taken if any such matter is found out.
