Chhatra Odhikar Parishad President Bin Yamin Mollah announced a symbolic hanging of leaders from what he termed "fascist" parties, including the Awami League and Jatiya Party.

The program will take place at TSC on Monday (November 4) at 2 pm.

Bin Yamin Mollah made this announcement at a press conference organized under the banner of 'Anti-Fascist Student-Labor Alliance' at Dhaka University's TSC on Sunday (November 3) seeking an explanation of BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir's statement on banning Jatiya Party from TSC.

Bin Yamin Mollah asserted that the government must heed the people's demands, saying: "Public uprisings do not follow the law, so actions should be taken outside legal boundaries."

He also said that A government of national consensus or a revolutionary government must be formed.

He further suggested converting the Jatiya Party headquarters and Ganabhaban into memorial museums, adding that the constitution should be amended to dismantle what he called the "fascist system" to prevent further suffering.
