The interim government has appointed press ministers to High Commissions in New Delhi, India, and London, United Kingdom.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs appointed Faisal Mahmud and Akbar Hossain as the ministers of the press wing to the Bangladesh High Commissions in New Delhi and London respectively.
Separate notifications were issued today (November 24) in this regard by the Ministry of Public Administration.
Both the press ministers will be appointed contractually for two years.
Earlier, the interim government appointed journalist Golam Mortoza as the Minister (Press) in the Press Wing of the Bangladesh mission in Washington DC, USA on a two-year contract.
