Bhutanese PM Makes Brief Transit Stop at Dhaka Airport En Route to Germany

Bhutanese Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay touched down at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 1:55 pm on Friday for a brief en-route transit to Germany, foreign ministry officials confirmed.

Local Government, Rural Development and Co-operatives Minister Dr. Abdul Moyeen Khan and State Minister for Foreign Affairs-1 Humaiun Kobir received the visiting premier upon arrival.

Tobgay departs aboard a chartered aircraft bound for Germany following a scheduled 45-minute diplomatic stopover in the capital.
