Prime Minister Tarique Rahman has departed Dhaka for New York, USA, to attend the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).

He left Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport for New York at around 5:45 AM on Monday (September 21).

He is accompanied by his wife, Dr. Zubaida Rahman.

During this visit, the Prime Minister is accompanied by several members of the cabinet, political figures, senior government officials, and personal staff.
