Jatiya Oikyafront has changed the date for public hearing regarding the eleventh parliament election. Now the public hearing will be held on Friday (February 22) which was scheduled to be held on February 24. The hearing will take place from 10 am to 5 pm.
Oikyafront Convener Dr. Kamal Hossain informed about the decision after holding Oikyafront steering committee meeting at his chamber at Motijheel in the capital on Tuesday.
He said, Jatiya Oikyafront has decided to hold the public hearing non-stop from 10 am on February 22 at Supreme Court Bar Association auditorium after not getting hall room for booking on the previous scheduled date of February 24.
In response to a question of newsmen Dr. Kamal said, left alliance leaders will be invited in the public hearing.
The meeting presided over by Dr. Kamal Hossain where BNP standing committee member Dr. Moyeen Khan, JSD president ASM Abdur Rab, Ganashasthya Kendra trustee Dr. Zafrullah Chowdhury, Gono Forum general secretary Mostafa Mohsin Montu, executive president Subrata Chowdhury, Krishak Shramik Janata League general secretary Rafiqul Islam Protik among others were present.
