Employees are getting another opportunity to enjoy a four-day break shortly after the extended Eid vacation.
With Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year) falling on Monday, April 14, which is a public holiday, there's a chance to turn the weekend into a longer vacation.
Friday and Saturday (April 11 and 12) are regular weekends. Sunday, April 13, is a working day, but if someone can take leave that day, they can enjoy a continuous four-day holiday from Friday through Monday.
It's worth noting that government employees recently had a nine-day holiday for Eid-ul-Fitr.
