AL to win next polls again: Quader

Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader has said that their party will assume power again winning the polls. He also Mentioned that the next general election will be held in time. Reports UNB.

He made the remarks while distributing food and blankets among Rohingyas at Kutupalong camp-1 in Ukhia upazila on Friday.

Quader, also Road Transport and Bridges Minister, said there is a major breakthrough in the repatriation of Myanmar’s displaced nationals.

He said, in the first phase, a list of 1 lakh Rohingyas will be handed over to Myanmar for repatriation. Bangladesh government will ensure their safe return to their own country with dignity.

Around 700 packets of food and 1 thousand 5 hundred blankets were distributed among the refugees under the management of the district administration.

Obaidul Quader also distributed medicines among the Rohingyas at the free medical camp set up by Bangladesh Chhatra League at the refugee settlement.
