DMP banned public gatherings several places in Dhaka

The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has issued a public notice banning all kinds of meetings, gatherings, marches, processions, demonstrations, etc in the capital on the roads adjacent to the Chief Justice's official residence, Justice Bhaban, Judges Complex, main gate of Bangladesh Supreme Court and Matsya Bhaban.

DMP Commissioner Mainul Hasan informed this in a public notice on Thursday (August 29).

It is stated in the public notice that because of the recent situation, the Hon'ble Chief Justice of Dhaka Metropolitan Police Ordinance will proceed from 30th August 2024 (Friday) until further orders.

All kinds of meetings, gatherings, processions, processions, demonstrations, etc are prohibited on the roads adjacent to the government residence, Justice Bhaban, Judges Complex, main gate of Bangladesh Supreme Court, and Matsya Bhaban.
