Bangladesh is poised to additionally reinforce its footprint within the worldwide textile and garment sector as 17 Bangladeshi enterprises take part in Texworld Apparel Sourcing Paris 2026, ranking among Europe's premier trade exhibitions for the textile, garment, and leather sectors.

The 59th installment of the global trade exposition launched on Monday and will persist through September 1 at Paris Le Bourget, gathering approximately 1,300 producers from nearly 35 nations, a formal statement disclosed on the same day.

The showcase supplies Bangladeshi participants with avenues to exhibit fabrics, clothing, and alternative textile goods, forge commercial connections with global purchasers, and discover fresh sourcing and business alliances.

Principal textile and clothing-manufacturing nations, encompassing Bangladesh, Pakistan, China, India, Turkey, Myanmar, South Korea, Japan, and Italy, are taking part in the event.

Bangladesh is participating with a combined total of 17 firms representing its textile and garment industry.

Hoorain High Tech (HTF), NZ Denim, and NZ Fabric are joining the Texworld segment, whereas Nexgen Apparel and H&F Fashion are engaging in Apparel Sourcing.

Additionally, 12 Bangladeshi businesses are exhibiting beneath the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) Pavilion, namely Comoda Garments, Skylark Knit Composite, Norban Comtex, Warptex, BNM Garments Industry, Fabitex Industries, DK Textile, Fabrica Knit Composite, Ducati Apparels, Corus Fashion, Bengal Glory, and SIM Fabrics.

The engagement highlights Bangladesh's ongoing interaction with international textile and garment markets alongside its endeavors to broaden market reach and commercial prospects.

The exhibition additionally supplies participating Bangladeshi enterprises with a platform to market their merchandise, solidify connections with worldwide buyers, and investigate fresh procurement avenues.

Bangladesh has cemented its standing as the globe's second-biggest procurement center for finished garments trailing only China, the release noted.

Texworld Apparel Sourcing Paris aggregates producers, vendors, and professional buyers from across the universal fashion and textile trade.
